Policy

• You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return
• Items must be unworn and in original condition - no signs of wear or damage to either the jewellery or packaging
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
